These terms govern your use of the Nonogram app ("the app") developed by Christian Lowe. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Nonogram is a puzzle game available for iOS and Android. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
An account is not required to use the app. If you sign in with Google or Apple, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
The app offers optional in-app purchases:
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment terms, refund policies, and cancellation procedures are governed by the respective store's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The app, including its code, design, artwork, and puzzles, is the intellectual property of Christian Lowe. Puzzles are procedurally generated and are not individually copyrighted, but the generation algorithm and app as a whole are protected.
The app does not currently support user-generated content. If this changes in the future, these terms will be updated accordingly.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Christian Lowe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or inability to access premium features.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which the developer resides.
